Refund policy

If a membership isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of being charged and we refund the whole payment. That goes for a first purchase and for a renewal.

How to ask

Email dev@theauthoritypress.com from the address you subscribed with, and say which newsletter. You don't need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the way you paid, usually within a few business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. We don't refund part of a year, except when we stop publishing a newsletter you pay for; then we refund the unused part.

Free memberships

A free membership year costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It ends on its own unless you choose to buy a membership.
